FACT-Finder, Europe’s leading online navigation specialist, will
showcase its pioneering version 6.9 at this year’s DMEXCO fair in
Germany, the international leading expo &
conference for the digital industry.

With its new tracking interface, FACT-Finder 6.9 puts the spotlight on
the customer journey, giving the retailer total transparency from the first
click to the last. Interest-based clicks, previous searches and internal
business rules can all be used to generate suggestions, result lists and
filters in real time throughout the actual shopping process. This depth of data
analysis means that by looking at long-term analyses of customers’ buying
patterns, new trends can be indentified and this information can be used to
help to sell even more.

Dynamic Shop
Navigation

The latest version of FACT-Finder contains a number of features that
have been introduced in direct response to requests from FACT-Finder’s
customers. At the top of shop owners’ wish list was the ability to create
navigation with user-configurable filters and a structure that automatically
adapts to the visitor’s needs as well as to the product range. Previously, this
was only possible with expensive customisation; but now with FACT-Finder 6.9
this is an "out of the box" capability. Etailers can choose exactly
which filter options should be displayed and where; colour, size, brand etc.

User-Adaptive
Suggest Functionality

The onsite behaviour of all shop visitors – from how they search, to
where they click – can give a powerful
insight into which products are currently in demand and are therefore more
lucrative. Using this information, FACT-Finder 6.9 is able to automatically
generate search suggestions with high purchasing probability. The new release
also makes it possible to divide searches into different categories or
suggestions to enrich them with valuable additional information, such as
"New" or "As seen on TV". This helps to turn suggestions
function into another powerful point of sale.

Says Carsten Kraus, founder and CEO of FACT-Finder: ”In this age of smart shopping and mobile
commerce, the virtual counter is everywhere and ideally for traders, all the
information gathered during the customer journey should be analysed and
evaluated in real time.

”This is exactly where FACT-Finder can assist with its new version 6.9. The
tracking interface allows shop operators to link user and product-related data
in such a manner that tells the retailer all that they need to know about
customer interaction and purchase habits on their website.”

FACT-Finder will be demonstrating its version
6.9 on 18th and 19th of September at the DMEXCO 2013 fair
in Cologne. They will be located in Hall 8.1, on stand 044.
