Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger will be gunning for European glory again this season and the Gunners are 21 times the money with Expekt to win the Champions League.

 But to have any chance of lifting the trophy in May they will have overcome a tricky hurdle in Italian side Udinese to reach the group stages for the 14th consecutive season.  The north London club are 1,22 to progress and take their place amongst Europe’s elite..

Friday’s Champions League play-off draw also produce some other glamour ties with Benfica squaring up against FC Twente, Lyon facing Rubin Kazan and Bayern Munich meeting FC Zurich.

Bayern Munich are strong favourites to progress at 1,04 with at Expekt.com, while Benfica and Lyon are marginal favourites for their ties.

Swedish side Malmo FF have the opportunity to be the first Swedish tem in 11 years to reach the Champions League group phase and after overcoming Rangers in the last round they now face Dinamo Zagreb.

Malmo are 2,50 times the money  to progress with Expekt.com but will face  a tough match against Zagreb, who have won the Croatian League six times in a row.

Poland could also have a representative in the group stage for the first time in 15 years if Wisla Krakow can overcome APOEL. The Polish side are slight favourites at 1,72 to qualify for the next round.

After beating Rosenborg in the previous round Czech side FC Viktoria Plzen’s can look forward to a tie against FC Copenhagen in the play-off. The Danish side start favourites at 1,65 but Plzen are good vale at 2,15 to cause another upset.

First Leg ties will be played on the 16th /17th August with the Second Leg matches played on the 23rd /24th August.
