Quickbix a subsidary to Zync Holding AB, – a Sweden based Microsoft Certified Partner providing document and integration management solutions – is pleased to announce a new partnership with xRM4Legal, targeting law offices and legal departments throughout North America, United Kingdom and Asia Pacific.
”Our legal industry initiatives continue to meet with exceptional demand, with document management especially being a key requirement in the Legal Services Industry,” says David Blumentals, Director, A/P Dynamics and xRM4Legal. ”xRM4Legal, powered by Microsoft Dynamics CRM, combined with Documents Suite reflects the way many legal attorneys tend to work. They can start with a new Matter record in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, click one button to select a document template, perform the merge and edits then automatically generate the email to the client with PDF attached, saving in the SharePoint document repository on the way through. With Documents Suite integrated, xRM4Legal can become a great standard for future law firm / general counsel deployments.”
xRM4Legal has been promoting Documents Suite for some time now and, with new XRM implementations pending, will be launching a new, more tightly integrated legal solution in the next two months. Some of the enhancements planned include automatic document numbering from SharePoint together with matter-type specific selection of document templates.
”On the marketing side we also have some new strategic innovations planned,” said Stefan Simonsson
CEO & Founder of Quickbix. ”It really is about improving productivity for lawyers and their staff – many who spend countless hours every week trawling through court lists and other reports as they identify potential and existing clients. The plan is to leverage the power of Quickbix Integrations Suite with Documents Suite to create ”intelligent”, personalized documents that can be sent quickly and easily.”
”We see a significant opportunity in the global Legal Services market working directly with XRM4Legal. We have already identified 3,865 General Counsel contacts as our first prospects for our combined offer with international law offices to follow,” said Mr Simonsson.
Significant cost reductions (upwards of 50%) and substantial productivity gains (over 80%) relating to document creation, filing and retrieval make it essential for law firms and legal departments to look at these integrated solutions to save time, money and drive performance improvements across the organization.
