We are often asked if "Your professional reputation" is a personality test. Or even more often, people say that they have done the Strength Finder Test, the Disc analysis or Myers-Briggs – do we really need to find out our professional reputation?

However important personality tests can be for your personal development, it’s two completely different things. Whatever results you get (analytical, entrepreneurial, introvert, extrovert etc.) from these data-based tests  the important thing is how you are perceived by your professional surrounding. By this I mean your customers, colleagues or bosses, the ones who see you in action. The truth is always is always in the eye of the beholder.
