Meet LPKF Laser Welding at Motek and Fakuma

Maximum-efficiency laser welding live in action: LPKF presents its laser
welding systems at Motek in Stuttgart and Fakuma in Friedrichshafen
(Germany).

LPKF will be at Motek (Hall 1, Stand 1132) demonstrating the welding
head of the LQ-Integration – a flexible integratable welding unit for laser
plastic welding. The supply devices such as the laser, main connections,
cooling and controls are all housed in a separate control cabinet. This makes
the processing head very compact for easy integration in the customer’s own
production configuration, including automatic part holding systems or rotary
indexing tables. The scanner-based installation combines process reliability
with maximum efficiency for the laser welding of plastic components
At Fakuma (Hall A4, Stand 4122) you will see:

• The LPKF TwinWeld3D which is now available as standard with a rotary
  indexing table and a special robot – maximum quality for the welding of
  car tail lights and other large components – and all at low unit costs.
• The all-round multitalented machine for production: the cost-effective
  LQ-Vario laser welding unit.
• Securely fastened: with the laser staking of rivet heads with the LQ-Spot
  – boasting short cycle times in a fully automatic process.
• Space saving: the flexibly integratable LQ-Integration welding unit.
• Safe inspection of material properties: the new inline-compatible LQ-TMG 3
  carries out on-site transmission measurements on plastics. The measured
  values are displayed on a screen.
