Manchester City handed tough champions league draw but are still favourites to win group

Champions league newcomers Manchester City face a baptism of fire after being drawn with Bayern Munich, Villarreal and Napoli. Despite their lack of Champions League experience Roberto Mancini’s men a 2.35 favourites to win the group on Expekt.com.
In what is one of the toughest groups drawn Bayern Munich are 2.40 to top group A with Expekt and Villarreal and Napoli are both 8.50 times the money to win the group.
Group H see’s European giants Barcelona and AC Milan paired together. European Champions Barca are short at 1.18 to top the group, while AC Milan are 4.75 to beat Pep Guardiola’s men to top spot.
Last year’s semi-finalists Real Madrid face a tricky task in Group D. Jose Mourinho’s men face Lyon, Ajax and Dinamo Zagreb and they start 1.25 favourites to win the group.
The other English clubs had good draws with last season’s runners up Manchester United facing Benfica, Basel abd Otelul Galati.
Chelsea new boy Juan Mata will be heading back to Valencia sooner than he thought after both teams were paired together in Group E. The Blues are 1.40 to win a group that also includes Bayer Leverkussen and Genk.
Arsenal face a tough challenge in Borussia Dortmund but the Gunners are slight favourites to top Group F at 2.30.
