By the end of 2011, Bemannia joined the trade organization Bemanningsföretagen/Almega and was now in February authorized.

– The authorization means a safety for the companies’ customers and co-workers that gives the company and the trade increased acknowledgment and higher status. That’s why the membership is so important for us, says general manager Staffan Bruzelius.

At the same time, Bemannia conducted a work environment certification according to OHSAS 18001:2007. The company is already been certified according to ISO 9001:2008 for quality and 14001:2004 for environment.

– Our staff and their work environment are very important for us and it is therefore pleasant to be OHSAS 18001 certified as a response to our work, says Bemannia’s general manager Staffan Bruzelius.

In order to be authorized by Bemanningsföretagen, the members must fulfil twelve conditions to be authorized. All companies are reviewed in connection with the admission and thereafter once a year. The review takes place in the authorization committee and decision about authorization and membership is approved by Bemanningsföretagen’s board of directors. The authorization board of directors is constituted by representatives from the trade, Bemanningsföretagen, LO and Unionen/Akademikerförbunden. The committee is managed by an impartial chairman.

Bemanningsföretagen’s most important assignments are to provide the member companies service in employer’s issues and create better conditions for the trade to be an important factor on the work market. The membership in Bemanningsföretagen offers a safety in the position as employer and makes the company a part of the community striving to give the trade an opportunity to grow.
