<b>Since the start in February
2012, international telco efficiency specialist <i>tefficient</i> has established itself among Nordic telecom operators through
the Sweden-Finland-Norway mobile benchmark. <i>tefficient</i>
has also conducted the first-ever efficiency benchmark between network sharing joint
ventures, both of which will be repeated annually. Customer-specific analyses
have been done within e.g. fixed broadband market development and how to use
big data to improve operator effectiveness.</b>

<b>With Allan Greve
joining as associate managing director and co-owner 1 September, <i>tefficient</i> takes a step towards wider
geographical expansion. Allan’s first task will be to establish a mobile
operator benchmark in the Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark.</b>

Allan
brings the expertise from several operator benchmarking projects – for mobile,
fixed and integrated operators – in countries like the Netherlands, Denmark,
Lithuania, Latvia and South Africa. He joins from NSN.

Allan,
a Danish national born 1969, has lived in the UK, the Netherlands and in
Belgium during this career, being able to follow these telecom markets –
alongside current homebase Denmark – closely.
