Stockholm – 18 April, 2012 – TradeTech Consulting, leading provider of consulting services to the treasury, asset management and capital markets segments, has acquired 100% of the shares in NFS Group AB and its Dutch subsidiary, NFS Group B.V. NFS is a management consultancy specialized in treasury and asset management.

• TradeTech Consulting’s Swedish Gothenburg team has now doubled in size, strengthening TradeTech Consulting’s position as a local full-service partner in the region.

Additional information

NFS has also operated a European treasury peer group network along with a branded treasury blog in parallel with its consulting and support business. The peer group network and blog are not included in the acquisition. NFS’s founder Magnus Lind has sold all of his shares in NFS and has left the business acquired by TradeTech Consulting.
