Telefonica | Vivo and AINMT Holdings, the Scandinavian telecom service provider which operates under the Net1 brand in Sweden and Denmark and ice.net in Norway, have signed an MoU to explore establishing a partnership to build a complementary LTE network on the 450MHz frequency band with the aim of providing voice and broadband services primarily in rural areas where Telefonica | Vivo owns the 450MHz spectrum in Brazil.
