Following a business trip to Silicon Valley the Recurringly team has discovered a company named Recurly, which business partly intersects with that of Recurringly. The company is active in the field of subscription billing mainly in the United States but offers a web service towards the global market.

To proactively avoid confusion the Recurringly team has taken the decision to change the company name to Omnicloud. The new name will be effective as of today and the web service will hereafter be available on <a href="http://omnicloudapp.com">http://omnicloudapp.com</a>.
