Mr. Kraemer, a graduate of the internationally known RWTH Aachen University (Germany), has a proven 25-year track record in international sales of technical products. Previous posts include Managing Director/VP Sales for a renowned company in the IT and communications industry, where he was responsible for the EMEA sales region (Europe, Middle East, Africa).

According to Bob Keller, CEO of Martin Yale parent company, Escalade, Inc., "Mr. Kraemer has extensive experience to draw upon when it comes to managing an international sales organization. He will use his know-how, particularly in developing and optimizing sales structures, to establish brands on the international market and to win new customers, to the best advantage of the company".

Christian Kraemer will assume overall responsibility for the international subsidiaries, export organization and D-A-CH region [Germany-Austria-Switzerland]. As such, he will focus particularly on implementing the ambitious international growth targets which the company has set itself for the future.
