Stockholm den 23 oktober – Kingston Technology meddelar idag att de kommer lansera Kingston DataTraveler Workspace i samband med lanseringen av Windows 8. DataTraveler Workspace är ett USB 3.0-minne, fast unik i sitt slag då den bygger på samma teknologi som används i Solid State-diskar och är certifierad för att användas med Windows To Go , en funktion till Windows 8 Enterprise som gör det möjligt att ta med och boota upp sitt arbetslandskap på vilken dator som helst som har en USB-port. DataTraveler Workspace är särskilt framtagen för företag som tänkt använda sig av funktionen Windows To Go till Windows 8 Enterprise. Disken är designad så att det ska bli så smidigt som möjligt för den IT-ansvarige att administrera över företagets mobila användare samtidigt som man införlivar konceptet Bring your own device (BYOD).
